As part of our purchase documentation packet we have a specific form called a "WE OWE" that we use in cases like this to...
protect both ourselves and our customers. While we regret the apparent misunderstanding, we fell we have no obligations made above or beyond the original signed sales agreement and WE OWE form. I have enclosed supporting documentation and am happy to answer any and all questions regarding the matter.
