I bought a lifted Nissan Titan crew in from AutoNowThe experience was pleasantly short, I was in and out on the road in my new truckI paid well under kbb value, and still have my truckIve put 90k on the truck, its needed brakes, fluids, tires and a battery, thats itIts been one of the most reliable vehicle's ive ever ownedId recommend Auto Now, in fact strongly recommend to anyone in my family

recently bought a used car from Auto Now and it was the best car buying experience I have ever hadThey were more than willing to help me and everybody's kindness was unbelievableI had a long list of things that I wanted my car to have and I was never pressured into anything that I didn't wantAuto Now found me something that had all of my desires and even moreI couldn't be happier with my purchase!! I definitely know where I am going the next time I need a new carI am recommending these guys to all of my friends and family :)

On June 29, 2014 [redacted] purchased a 2003 Ford F-250, VIN#[redacted] from AutoNow Arizona. Mr. [redacted] contacted the Salesperson regarding the issues with the batteries and he was immediately reimbursed with a check for $315.00 after he notified us about the dead...

batteries.When Mr. [redacted] called a couple of weeks ago, which is three months after the purchase of the vehicle, he stated that he had put 5000 miles on the truck, which exceeds the 15 day 500 mile AS IS Implied Warranty that he had signed.  He stated that he had had more issues with the truck, specifically with the High Pressure Oil Pump and the IPC Valve. All vehicles that are put up for sale are run through a thorough safety inspection. The mechanic would not have had any way of knowing that the issues that occurred would develop. Unfortunately, with the 6.0L Ford Diesel these types of issues can develop without any warning. The vehicle sold to Mr. [redacted] started, ran and drove great when it left AutoNow Arizona. Although we do not feel that we are at fault, as a reputable dealer, we are willing to send an additional $250.00 towards Mr. [redacted] unforeseen mechanical issues.If you have any further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact me at ###-###-####. This truck was purchased by [redacted] on [redacted]. It was listed and sold by

one of our wholesalers who no longer works for our company. The truck was in

fact physically inspected by [redacted]...

before he paid for the truck and it

was sold “as is.” That being said, we appreciate our customers very much so we

had a manager contact Mr. [redacted]. Our manager was able to work out a resolution

and Mr. [redacted] has agreed to withdraw his complaint.
