I am responding to provide some clarification for these issuesTo begin, we are a bank financing companyWe do not do "in house" financing and thus are at the mercy of the banks for approvals based on each persons personal credit history and the vehicle they are interested inJust because you feel you can afford a payment does not mean that the banks will approve you for just any amountThey have strict guidelines that must be followed and we were not able based on your history to get you an approval that would allow you to have a payment of $monthlyAgain, this is not our decisionThis is decided by the banksWe did not "want" to keep your payments under $monthly, we were told that was the max you were allowed to finance by the lenders based on your credit and job historyDown payment amounts are also decided by the lending company, not usYour $down was not enough to secure an approval for youThough I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, we feel as thought we properly handled your business to the best of our abilities considering your credit history

To whom it may concern,*** *** purchased a vehicle from usThere were expenses on the vehicle that raised the price from what was originally posted onlineI do not know when the compaintant looked at the vehicle onlineIf it was before the purchase then maybe they missed an increaseOur 3rd
party advertisers are not under our control for their timelienss on their individual sitesOur expenses are as up to date as we can keep them all the timeWe did as stated secure a much lower interest rate (of 6.73%) for the customer after working late for them, that saved several hundred dollars (more than is disputed), over the duration of the loanThe complaint says that we have not offered "arbitration." feel you can afford a payment does not mean that the banks will approve you for just any amount. They have strict guidelines that must be followed and we were not able based on your history to get you an approval that would allow you to have a payment of $450 monthly. Again, this is not our decision. This is decided by the banks. We did not "want" to keep your payments under $300 monthly, we were told that was the max you were allowed to finance by the lenders based on your credit and job history. Down payment amounts are also decided by the lending company, not us. Your $500 down was not enough to secure an approval for you. Though I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, we feel as thought we properly handled your business to the best of our abilities considering your credit history.

Review: I purchased a vehicle a few months ago from auto one and have not received registration or a title in the mail. I have called numerous times trying to get this resolved but my calls are usually avoided and messages are not responded to.Desired Settlement: I would like an explanation on why they do not respond to my messages or answer my call. I would also like the title and registration to my vehicle.
