Auto Outlet of Manassas, Inc

Review: Purchased a vehicle from Auto Outlet the week of August 9th. Tags and registration for the vehicle were paid in advance to the dealership and they issued us 30 day tags while they processed the paperwork at the DMV. I called on several different occasions during the month to inquire the status of the tags and registration, I was told numerous times to call the next day, or promised at a date and time which never occurred. On September 9th the tags expired and was told the third party processing the paperwork didn't feel like waiting in a long time and left without processing the paperwork. After making several phone calls the manager agreed to issue a second set of 30 day tags with the promise the items would be ready September 10th at 3:00 pm. That time has come and gone and I have not tags or registration. I have contacted the DMV and have been told the tags and registration were issued, I am now unable to get a hold of anyone at the dealership, nor have they called to notify me that the items are ready for pick up.Desired Settlement: I want the tags and registration I paid for immediately.
