August 8, 2016To whom it may concern,This is a letter in response to the recent complaint made by a customer from our dealershipFirstly, both the management and sales team each want the best for every customer that comes into our showroomWe pride ourselves in making every customer satisfied and
help them in any way to get them into a new pre-owned vehicle.Our online vehicle disclaimer, located at the bottom of each posted vehicle, is as followed, "ALL PRICES ADVERTISED REFLECT $TRADE IN CREDIT AS ADVERTISED "$CASH FOR YOUR TRASH TRADE IN EVENT" SEE SALESPERSON FOR DETAILS." The price of the vehicle that was in the original complaint was listed as $26,995.Please see attached screen shot of our websiteJames M***, the General Sales Manager here at the Outlet spoke to the Customer for minutes on the phone, showing and navigating the customer through our website and also pointing out the vehicle disclaimer and incentivesJames offered an additional $1,off the sale price due to the customers' uncertainty of the website navigation, which the Customer declinedJames also reached out to him a second time but the customer was unavailable and has not responded since.Stephen S*GM/Owner

our normal safety check before being offered for sale.The complainant took delivery of her vehicle on 10/04/2016 and after putting an additional 4000 miles on the odometer, returned to our establishment to inform us of a squeaking in the brakes after she replaced them and of a grinding sound which she was concerned might be the rotors.In an effort to satisfy the Customer, we sent the vehicle to our shop to be looked at. We did find an issue with the rotors and decided to replace them at no cost to the customer. We returned the vehicle to the customer and advised of this repair to which the customer seemed happy.Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve any type of misunderstanding in this matter.
