On January 3rd 2017 Ms [redacted] purchased an 08 Mini Cooper from our car lot. As with all vehicles we sell, Ms. [redacted] vehicle was purchased As Is. Ms [redacted] signed paperwork attesting to this condition.
A couple days later, it was brought to our attention that Ms [redacted] felt the timing...
belt needed to be replaced. As a courtesy we offered to contribute $300 towards addressing the concern. She accepted the check and it was cashed.
About a month later when Ms [redacted] came in to pick up her license plates she brought up another concern about the vehicle. It was explained to her that she purchased a used vehicle and that she purchased it As Is.
