I had an absolutely HORRIBLE experienceFirst of all, I purchased the first car at the Wolcott location after the fire, so when they said they lost the paperwork deal that I had signed, I said ok - and resigned - but here it where it gets uglyThey never paid off my trade, so my other loan company took the payment out of my checking accountWhich led to my rent then being late, and a late feeThen I had to sign the deal again, and was told I needed to come right then or they would tow the carThe car that I put a down payment on, and signed a deal onthat I had the paper work on! Then, again - something messed up and I had to sign the deal againAt this time I asked what they were going to do to compensate me, and I was told oil changesOk - dealI received oneWhen I messaged the sales manager, that I also purchased the car from, Scott H***, he proceeded to ignore me and then after the 3rd text said "You have been over compensated" When asking how so, he proceeded to tell me it was because I didn't have to make a car payment for a couple monthsThat is not being compensated when it was their screw upInstead, I was stressed out over the payment of the truck I had being taken out, my rent being late, my account being over drawn etcSo, he refused to honor the deal and proceeded to cuss in a text messageVery unprofessional, and I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone! Instead, I'd recommend *** and *** around the corner!
