I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID *** and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved However I do disagree with their finding that I had a long term seepage/leakage problem because my water was turned off from April 1, until October 10, when the water was turned back on and that is when the pipe burst causing the actual damage BUT I will consider my complaint closed once I do receive funds for the damages that Auto Owners Insurance agrees to and hopefully in in agreement with the Contractor's estimate

Since the complaint has been filed, we have been able to complete our investigation and come to an amicable resolution with Mr[redacted] We have determined that Mr[redacted] damage occurred during two separate occasions. One was from long term seepage and leakage, which is excluded under Mr[redacted] Mobile Homeowners Policy with Owners Insurance CompanyThe other loss occurred when Mr[redacted] pipe burst sudden and accidentallyWe are the process of estimating the damages which occurred during the second lossOnce the estimate has been completed, we will issue payment to MrNewcomb, less his deductible, for all damages relating to the second claimSincerely,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.  However I do disagree with their finding that I had a long term seepage/leakage problem because my water was turned off from April 1, 2015 until October 10, 2015 when the water was turned back on and that is when the pipe burst causing the actual damage.  BUT I will consider my complaint closed once I do receive funds for the damages that Auto Owners Insurance agrees to and hopefully in in agreement with the Contractor's estimate.
