The auction [redacted] is referring to was run as a self-supervised event, with the seller in total control of the inventory ID, quality control, and removal process.  On September 25th at 8:44 pm, I received the following email from [redacted] "Good evening, I am writing because I...

purchased and paid for an item that was not available when I went to pick it up at the designated time and place, and I have not heard back from the seller regarding the item.  the auction was [redacted] and the item is [redacted].  Please call me on Tuesday morning to discuss this.  thanks, [redacted]."  At 9:38 pm, same day, I replied with the following message: "Good Evening, As soon as we receive the paperwork back from the seller, your refund will be issued."  I was never told by [redacted] that the seller promised to find and deliver the missing item, so I moved forward with the refund process that we usually enforce, which is to evaluate the removal book for the refund notes once it is returned by the seller, and then to issue the refund.  On Monday, October 2nd, the purchase price was refunded and [redacted] was notified.   I was never told by [redacted] that the seller promised to find and deliver the item.

The memory was shipped but it was not the correct memory for my computer. A email has been shipped notifying them. Waiting for a response. Complaint: [redacted]

0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px 'Helvetica Neue'; color: #454545; min-height: 14.0px} span.s1 {color: #000000} On September 17, [redacted] reached out to me regarding a faulty bid.  Upon looking up her account, I found she was bidding in multiple auctions.  I asked her to confirm which one she was referring to, and advised her that she did not have any winning bids in that auction.   On September 18th, [redacted] advised she had changed her password just to be safe, and I replied that was a great idea, as security is very important to us.  Later that day, she emailed that she had won an item in a different auction than the one we had discussed the previous day, but that she had not bid in that auction.   I looked up her account and found that the bids were placed under her bidder number and through a computer with the same IP address that had been used all along with her account ([redacted]).  I went on to explain that Rasmus takes fraudulent activity very seriously and that if she believed that her bidder number was used without her authorization, then we would be happy to reverse the charge with a copy of a police report since her credit card is linked to the account.  This is a precaution we take for our buyer’s protection from identity theft.   On September 19th, [redacted] responded to my email that she did not appreciate the amount of effort it would take to reverse the charges, she would like the account shut down, and she would not be picking up her item.  I replied with an acknowledgment that her account had been closed.
