Auto-Owners Insurance

This place is horrible. I got hit by a driver who has them for insurance. They never answer the phone, never call you back, and don't care to help you at all. I had no car for a month because they were in no hurry to get me a rental car after my car was not able to be driven. This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with.
