Review: Totally and completely and in all other ways UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I cant believe that I have to give this business even a 1 star rating. Use this business at your own risk!!! If they are responsible for damaging your car, they dont, in any way shape or form, own up to it. In fact, they try to accuse you of damaging your own car. Which incidentally is where the rubber is ripped.) I told him that this was not the condition I brought the car in, and he proceeded to get an attitude with me, saying I dont know what to tell you. I asked for the manager at that point, and I got Javier. I showed him the damage, and again explained to him that this waDesired Settlement: Although the door panel was taken care of, the rubber door seal was not, and needs to be paid for and installed by the car wash.
