Review: Totally and completely and in all other ways UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I cant believe that I have to give this business even a 1 star rating. Use this business at your own risk!!! If they are responsible for damaging your car, they dont, in any way shape or form, own up to it. In fact, they try to accuse you of damaging your own car. I highly suggest, if you value your automobile, taking your business somewhere else!!!Disappointment doesn't even begin to express the experience I had when I went to what used to be my favorite car wash, on 7/8/2014. My family and I have been patrons of this business for well over 20 years. I have never had a bad experience in all the time I have frequented this car wash. Being a week day and going in before lunch, I knew it wouldnt be very busy, and it wasnt, they were pretty quick and as I was walking across the lot to retrieve my car, I noticed 2 things were awry. First was an upholstered panel in the driver side door was ripped almost completely off. The second was the rubber stripping around the driver side door was ripped significantly. I asked the kid (whose name I didnt get, only an employee number, #[redacted]) who had been working on my car what had happened, and he just shrugged his shoulders and said he didnt know anything about it. The upholstered panel was visibly pulled away from the door. I got the same shoulder shrug when I then asked him about the rubber that was ripped away from the door. (I know that it is common practice for these guys to hang a rag through that loop on the door frame to keep the door from closing completely while they dry off and clean the inside. Which incidentally is where the rubber is ripped.) I told him that this was not the condition I brought the car in, and he proceeded to get an attitude with me, saying I dont know what to tell you. I asked for the manager at that point, and I got Javier. I showed him the damage, and again explained to him that this waDesired Settlement: Although the door panel was taken care of, the rubber door seal was not, and needs to be paid for and installed by the car wash.
