eBay found in my favor to refund the purchase price. Seller has said improper installation which is not the case I have provided supporting documents which show it was installed by a certified technician and dealership. Alignment WAS performed and this was a defective part period. The part in question is designed to hold steering knuckle in place and hitting A BUMP in the road should never cause this type of failure. I have over 20 ASE certified technicians from all over the USA that agree it is a defective part.
