To whom it may concern,
We would like to apologize for the terrible lack of communication on this orderAppears our Suzuki dealer did not respond to *** as we believedWe had forwarded the requests for order status to them and had thought they had gotten back to himIt is very unusual
that he was not contacted
Unfortunately, the axle seals *** requested are no longer available from SuzukiThey had no stock in any of their depotsOur Suzuki dealer did not process his order and his card was not chargedWe have cancelled his order
In a separate communication we have given *** some additional product information and suggestions for where he may be able to get these parts
Again we are sorry we were not able to help him with these and very sorry we were not able to get right back to him with this information

I also need to mention that, while this situation was resolved, I received email notification today that the exact same item has been shipped from a different source in California. So, I don't accept this company's explanation about the availability of the item I ordered from them.
