I was not satisfied with the product, so much that I did not both asking for the final product.
Constant spelling errors, grammar. I gave my resume draft and he even screwed that up when he transferred this over to his format, how he made so many errors I can not understand. I pointed out these errors and he sent me back a new draft with the same mistakes and more.
Different font sizes throughout the document, his cover letter was a rambling mess that I even got bored when read.
His formatting was a joke, he tried to convince me that all computers formatted documents differently and that his draft copy would never look correct as his version. He seemingly doesn't know how to correct this issue within different versions of MS Word. I think this is a bait to the unknowing.
His version of experience bullets lost their intent and his revision contorted the context of sentence structure.
Lessons learnt, next time see his credentials
