I [redacted] am the license mechanic at persian auto. im writhing this letter on behalf of [redacted] the manager of persian auto. here is are side of the story. the client purchase the automobile from [redacted] motors incorporated . we do alot...

of work for that compagnie . he wanted us to do and oil change for the client witch the car sales man paid for it. at the same time the client wanted his car undercoated . so we did the oil change and undercoat the automobile . this was all done in july 2017.a week after the oil change customer brought the automobile to us because his check engine light was on. in his letter with the complaint he stated that he smelled gasoline, he never mention that to us. I put the scanner on and the code was for 02 sensor . I turned off the engine light and told customer to drive it for a week because it could be the undercoat that is burning off the sensor. I told customer if light comes back on to come back to us . a week later he came back,this was beginning of august , the engine light was on again. so I did some diagnostic and it needed o2 sensor . I advise customer of the what it needs and how much it cost . customer stated that he will talk to his wife and let us know. we never saw him again till about the end of septembre when his car came in on a tow truck. I tried to start automobile . the car would not turn over. I boosted the car when it started I was hearing a real loud noise coming from engine . I turned off the engine , check the oil and there was no oil on dip stick.did some further diagnostic and came to conclusion that there was and engine failure . it was not possible that we forgot to put oil un car at the oil change because he put about [redacted]0 km on oil change. then the customer stated to us that he bought warranty when he but the car. we advise him to go see his salesman . his warranty was with lubrico and we are not certified with lubrico to do there warranty work .

First, it was [redacted], the so-called manager of Auto Persian, with whom we are dealing with with all these issues, not [redacted]. Even during change oil, [redacted] is the one who did that because that time, [redacted] is not around or in a day off. [redacted] should be the one who will do the change oil since he is the licensed Mechanic. May we confirm if [redacted] is a licensed mechanic and is allowed to do change oil?
Secondly, since it was [redacted] that we are always talking to, we bring back the car to him after the undercoat and told him that we smell a gas on it. [redacted] is not there when we are talking about it to [redacted]. The only time [redacted] was present was when he checked the check engine light indicator, resetting it and told us, if the check engine light is still there, we just need to bring back the car to them to let them check what's happening. We did that and went over to the Auto persian shop for about 3 times. The first and second time, they only reset to remove the check engine light. They don't even check or open the hood to see what's going on to the engine or on the car itself. After few minutes of drivimg, check engine light comes out again. The third time, that was the time that they told us that O2 sensor needs to be replaced, it is about $[redacted] to $[redacted]. For us, it is too expensive, knowing also that the car is still under warranty. We seek for their advise if we need to replace it as soon as possible, but then, they advised that there is nothing to worry, as it would not affect the performance of the car.
Issue in here are the following:
1. Auto Persian knew at the first place that car is under warranty ([redacted] knew and is aware of that because he knew [redacted](dealer)). If there is an issue with the car, why did they not offer to have it checked under a shop that is accredited by [redacted] Warranty. Being the manager, he is aware that their shop is NOT accredited with [redacted]. If they are really concern, they have offered us to do that, what is the use of warranty if the shop that we are going to is not accredited?
2. All the time, we are dealing and talking to [redacted]. He is always saying that there is nothing to worry. We even googled and downloaded about the check engine light and hand-over the paper with explanation to him that it should be checked.
3. We always check the oil and water in the car. It does not even have leaks on it or on our parking ground. Auto Persian did the change oil in July, specifically, it was [redacted] who did that. Why there will be problems with the oil in it. They are saying that we have almost run [redacted]0 km after they did the change oil, but we only got around 1[redacted] km. They are claiming that it is impossible that they forget to put oil in the car, but then, why did the car runs out of oil.

3. After the car got broken, and told us that we need to replace the engine that will cost around $[redacted], that is the only time that Auto Persian told us to go to other shop since the car is under warranty. (Going back to issue 1, in the first place, they knew before hand that car is under warranty before they did the change oil, engine wash and undercoat)
We want them to cover the expenses ($[redacted]) to fix the car or have at least bring the money back when we bought the car. It was only 2 months that we have that car. Auto Persian is the only shop we are dealing with. They did the change oil, engine wash and undercoat. The check engine light showed up after they did all that. Even the second auto shop, where the car is right now, told us that something went wrong during change oil and undercoat that leads the car to have an engine failure.
Auto Persian is saying that we need to talk to the dealer -[redacted] of [redacted], Inc. We also filed a case against [redacted] still they are not replying. From the dealer side, they told us, we should be talking to Auto Persian because they are the one who did everything. Now that the car is broken, both parties ([redacted]) are pin-pointing who to blame about the issue. We just need to have the car fixed or else, bring back our money. We only had the car for 2 months and bought the car for $[redacted]. And now for the repair, it costs $[redacted].
