The customer towed in his vehicle in to us in a non-running conditionThe customer described the reason he brought the car to us is because the alarm was going off, the windshield wipers were going and the car would not startWe found that the PCM (Powertrain Control Module) would not communicate
with the vehicleThe customer had supplied a computerWe installed the computer the customer supplied and there was an internal error and the vehicle would still not communicateThe vehicle now starts and runs but may still needed a new PCM because and further diagnosis because the vehicle is stuck in anti-theft modeWe gave the customer an estimate with a Mopar brand PCMWe charged a $diagnostic feeApparently the customer picked the vehicle upThe vehicle has over 200,miles and we aren't sure what we can do to satisfy the customer because he could have potential wiring issues

oil changes and the cost would 85.00 and this would take care of us changing the oil that day, plus he would have 3 more to use in 2 years. He stated that sounded like a good idea, and seemed cheaper than him performing them himself. I told him this was a service contract, and if he was traveling it would be good at any Chrysler store. Since that time, he had been back in to have another service and seemed to still be satisfied. Apparently, recently, Mr. [redacted] decided to trade or sell his vehicle, and had called the dealership for a refund. If this contract were to be cancelled, Chrysler will charge a 75.00 cancellation fee, which would void any refund to the customer. the Cancellation fee would be more than the refund due. Plus, there were 2 services already used. I ([redacted]) of whom had always had great relations with this customer, contacted him, hoping to discuss the situation. The customer cursed at me, and hung up, and then went to facebook and cursed Crown Motors. The customer in all actuality used the value of the contract, if he had paid for 2 separate services to his vehicle.

The car is back at the Chevrolet dealer. There was a bulletin from GM that the condition is a known problem and GM is providing free repair for the issue under warranty. She also asked for proof that she was declined from financing, I did email her all declines that we received form the bank stating...

we could not get her financed.
