We have rectified and taken care of the situation and have sent in the transfer for title. Mr*** traded in a vehicle which he procrastinated in turning in the title, we contacted him over times to collect the title to complete the transaction. The transaction was not completed
until February 1st the day he brought the title, from then paperwork had to be processed. I can assure you that we are working quickly to resolve this matter and his plates are ready for pick up and the title should arrive from the State of Texas shortly thereafterThank you! Hey my name is [redacted] and I really have a problem that need resolving.First off I got a 2006 kia Amanti from this car lot name AUTOPLEX OF MEMPHIS the address 2840 S. PERKINS ROAD Memphis,tn 38118.I had my car since June of last year and still haven't yet to receive my tags, and so I had to report them. On top of that the car lot has closed down because come to find out the owner of the lot was a fraud, and he was a criminal, and he also lied on my contract to go finance . I really need this to be solve.The owner of the lot was named [redacted].

My daughter took me to Autoplex of[redacted] because they gave her an ad saying they give a $200 referral fee to anyone who refers someone to them. I completed all of the necessary paperwork and they used my daughter as a co-signer. I gave them $1500.00 for a deposit on a 2003[redacted]. Everything was ok for me to leave the lot with the car. 3 weeks later they call me and tell me that I wasn't approved for the car and to bring it back. My daughter never received the $200 referral and they refused to give me any of my deposit money back. They have taken the car back so why should they keep my money. I was ok with them taking deductions for the time I had the car, but they told me to look at it like I rented the car. That was not the original agreement, I wasn't trying to rent a car, I was trying to purchase one. I have missed days of work because of this. Thisletter is in regards to Case #40098904. I worked with Ms.[redacted]on several occasionsto get her financed on her her 2003[redacted] VIN number[redacted]. Ms.[redacted] initially came into our of{ice and applied for a vehicle on July 12,2014. We processedher through the bank ([redacted]) however we found out a few days into theprocess that Ms.[redacted] had an open car loan and [redacted] does not allowopen car loans without trade. I advised Ms.[redacted] that in order to proceed she must trade in her existing vehicle to which she responded, "My daughter totaled the car out." 'We then began the process of trying to find another way to help Ms. [redacted] keep her vehicle by refinancing her through another bank ([redacted].) Ms. [redacted] had her daughter [redacted] co sign with her to get the loan, We processed the loan through but Ms. [redacted] was unable toprovide proof of income to the bank and told us that she wanted her name off of the loan^ I then advised Ms.[redacted] that she would either have to provide a co-signer that could present proof of income or she would have to bring the car back. Ms.[redacted] then came back on August 14, 2014 with her other daughter Ms.[redacted] and told me that she loved her truck and. neededit to get to work and wanted to try to go through with this daughter to save the loan. In adesperate attempt to help Ms.[redacted] we then processed her back through the bank (Go[redacted]) on August 14th, 2014 with Ms.[redacted] as the oo-signer. During the process oftrying to get the deal funded we needed two major things from Ms.[redacted] one being proof ofincome for her daughter Ms.[redacted] and we also needed to install the GPS on the vehicle, I called Ms.[redacted] and told her that if she could not provide the proof of income for her daughterand bring the truck to the lot to have the GPS installed then she would have to return the vehicle.Ms.[redacted] came up on the lot with her daughter [redacted] in her daughter's vehicle. Ms.[redacted] got out of the car and stated that she was not bringing the vehicle to the lot that we were going to take it from her and not refund her money. She L*g* to get hostile so we asked her to leave the lot. Ms.[redacted] came back the next day and apologized for her daughters actions the previous day and asked what we needed. to do to get the vehicle financed. I then showed Ms'[redacted] the documents from the bank stating that we had to GPS the vehicle that was the reasoning for trying to get her to bring the car to the lot and also that we needed proof of income on Ms.[redacted]. Ms.[redacted] then went allowed us to put the GPS on the vehicle and brought.us her daughters proof of income and the deal was complete, Never once did we take possession of the vehicle from Ms.[redacted] nor did we try to. We handled everything in a respectable manner and tried to help Ms.[redacted] in every way possible and I feel that we did.Ms.[redacted] now owns the vehicle and it is financed through[redacted].
