I am rejecting this response
because:
This situation has been going on for ages and now they want me to wait almost ANOTHER monthI have non-curable cancer and feel I was taken advantage of because of my financial & health situationI have already paid my neighbor to make most of the repairs to the vehicle that was promised to me and I was never responded to in regards to the total amount for the vehicle that was agreed upon as well.
I'd be willing to hear what they have to say some August 4th, in hopes that their former employee's mis-doings and poor service is finally taken care of in a fair manner.

I am rejecting this response because:
This has been an ongoing thing for the longest time, I NEVER once said I have no responsibility to take care of things for the vehicleI have done so, but the promises made by the businesses manager at the time were not kept, so why is it I have to be made to look like the bad person in all of this? I left messages for the owners from day about this and heard nothingI'm done dealing with themI have seen enough bad reviews on their business practices and now I know for future reference.
I was well aware of the 50/warrantyHOWEVER, the manager at the time made promises that were NOT kept.
I'm sure there is no concern from them over how a manager of theirs made promises that weren't kept, because as long as they get their money, that is all that matters to themWhich is typical of a lot of businesses.
Thank you for your trying to help with this matter between me and the car dealershipI'll just say what they're hoping to hear....it's a lost cause continuing with them, so i'll just drop it and move onI will continue to make my payments as I have beenBut again, due to the bad practices of THEIR employee at that time, they're making a worse name for themselvesThis is aggravating and not worth the continued timeI don't wish to waste anyone else's time while trying to help deal with these peopleSo nice to know that they seemingly endorse the bad practices that their former manager was using on people.

I am rejecting this response because:
While I appreciate the words in the response, it still doesn't make mention of all the faults the vehicle had within a short time frame after purchase & within the supposed warranty time frame. I was told the repairs weren't going to be taken care of after being told they would. That is the main issue that irritates me. I've left message after message with the former manager (manager at the time) to no avail. So I had to start tending to the repairs needed because otherwise what good would a vehicle be if it falls apart that i'd still be paying on.
