Review: In April of 2015 I went into Auto Pro to have a radio/navigation unit put in. I was given a great price and was excited to have the equipment installed. When it was installed it was working fine. Around June I began noticing little glitches in the sound produced from the unit. I paid it no mind because it was minor. Around July the issues progressed and the radio would stop playing random sections of a song. I went to have it checked out and I was told maybe it is a bad speaker or a setting. The car the unit was installed in is a brand new 2015 vehicle so I refused to buy what he was selling me. I went down the street to have it checked out. The radio was taken out and the installment done by Auto Pro was inspected. Everything was installed right. Next the warehouse where the suspected unit came from was called. The information was provided to the warehouse representative and the results showed that Auto Pro had purchased a "remanufactured radio" at a cheaper price . This was not a brand new radio. Had this had been explained to me by Auto Pro I would have went elsewhere and gotten a brand new unit installed. Not a refurbished one. I now have a brand new unit in my vehicle and want my money returned to me by Auto Pro.Desired Settlement: I want a refund for this defective equpement Auto Pro provided to me.
