I purchased a vehicle from Auto Professionals II in Dec 2012. It was a 2005 Volvo XC90 T6. The tragic part of my purchase was I traded a 2005 Pontiac Grand Am for the Volvo. I never had 1 unreasonable problem with the Grand Am. I only had to regular maintenance. I wanted something that was nicer and would be a good vehicle. The salesperson that sold me the Volvo convinced me that I was actually upgrading even though both vehicles were made the same year. He said he has been driving Volvo's for years and he loves them. The problem is that Volvo makes good CARS! The XC90 is a suv and this model is KNOWN for having problems! I have had problems with that vehicle within the first 30 days of purchase and they still continue to this day. And EVERYTHING IS EXPENSIVE TO REPAIR ON A VOLVO. And unfortunately I still owe too much on it to trade out of it. Even Auto Professionals themselves would no trade me out of it. A reputable dealership just told me 2 weeks ago I should give the truck back and just take a voluntary repossession on my credit because I will never have any equity in that truck. But I don't won't to completely destroy my credit beyond repair. I am a woman and I went to the car lot and purchased the vehicle by myself and I believed the bologna the salesman told me. My point of this is to try to keep anyone from making such a costly mistake like I did. PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE! Do your research on any vehicle before you purchase it from this company. I learned the hard way car salesmen here are LIAR PROFESSIONALS, not Auto Professionals!
I purchased a car from them and I had nothing but trouble from the time I left. water was coming into the Sun room when it rained, the coils went out 3 times and in year, the doors locks stop working. They are nice but after you buy the car they are rude nasty and don't care if your car blows up. They price the cars HIGH its sad how they take advantage of people, drive right past this place don't stop!!!!
