If you receive an unsolicited call from one of their call centers, please just hang upTheir sales people are rude over the phone and they use scare tactics to make salesI feel that this company misrepresents itself as a helpful, useful entity and instead is just out to get rich quickDoing a quick search on Google will yield a number of resultsVirtually every single person who has review this company in the last two years has nothing good to say about themI will never use this company and I urge others to not do business with them eitherJust contact your dealership if you need an extended warranty

I hav recently true that o employ at auto protection and there hiring manager was very disrespectful I asked to talk to her supervisor she told me no along with calling me a fool and telling me I'm on the black list but she's texting two of my friends right back with no breaks she's very unperfossional and racist .her name is Ruth amparan a the garden grove location

This customer cancelled his vehicle Service Contract on March 13, At the time of cancellation he was told that the refund process takes approximately 60-days On June 5, a pro-rated refund was mailed to this customerThat is days from the date of cancellation The
customer received the service as it was promised.Refunding the customer in days meets all State and Federal Guidelines pertaining to refundsIf there is anything else we can do for you please let us know

I feel that this company misrepresents itself as a helpful, useful entity and instead is just out to get rich quick. Doing a quick search on Google will yield a number of results. Virtually every single person who has review this company in the last two years has nothing good to say about them. I will never use this company and I urge others to not do business with them either. Just contact your dealership if you need an extended warranty.

I work for a marketing company and I actually feel dumber after reading these complaints, the first guy, the salespersons data was incorrect, it happens, obviously they're gonna use an automatic dialer so they don't have 8,000 people seeing missed calls and calling back not knowing who called, the second person, the whole rascist card went out in the 90's, u sound like a disgruntled ex employee who worked there, sucked at your job and got fired so decided to bad mouth the company, and the other person, just be like the rest of the country and complain about money issues and pay for your repairs out of pocket-125 dollars n hour in labor, double the price for parts, use your credit card just to remain unprotected again so 6 months down the road something can break and u can bring it in and they can charge u a fortune again or better yet sell u a new car for 25,000.... God people in this country are so f'n dumb it blows my mind.....!!!! The company is obviously legit, they been in business for almost 20 years and have 3 complaints that come from the 3 dumbest people in America

These people appear, to me, to be a scam. They claimed that I owned a vehicle that I did not. The person called through a spoofed local number that, after I looked it up, appears to be used by several different robocalling companies. They refused to identify how they had my personal information claiming, again, that I had purchased a vehicle that I did not own. The salesman that called kept pushing me to agree to things. The fact that the name of the company ends with "department" is just another indication to me that this is a scam. I am also on the national do not call list. I have never done business with this company and they would never tell me where they got there data. Since they aren't associated with a company I have done business this puts them in violation of the national do not call registry.

Review: I purchased a extended warranty for my car...I was told at the time of purchase that it would cover all engine and any oil leaks...the warranty didn't cover it all.Desired Settlement: I want a refund in the amount of $2870

Review: I purchased an extended auto warranty from this business. I had the contract for aproximately 10 months. The contract contains cancellation and refund provisions. I traded the car in which the warranty applied to and requested cancellation of the warranty aggreement. I called and spoke to [redacted], Customer Service Manager [redacted] He emailed the cancellation procedures and documentation required to cancel the warranty coverage. I mailed the documentation via certified mail return receipt requested. He signed for the envelope and I received the post card acknowledging receipt. In my conversation he indicated 60-90 days before any refund would be mailed. It's been aproximately 90 days and I've heard nothing. I've also called and left a dozen voice mail messages and he will not return my call. I also spoke to Corey Johnson there and asked if he could help me or if he would deliver a message to James. He said he would but still no response.Desired Settlement: Refund as per the cancellation provision.

On June 5, 2015 a pro-rated refund was mailed to this customer. That is 84 days from the date of cancellation. The customer received the service as it was promised.Refunding the customer in 84 days meets all State and Federal Guidelines pertaining to refunds. Review: I purchased a warranty , extended on 12 30 14. with ,auto protection. I was suppose have $99.94 taken out of my checking account on 2 5 15. However they took out $104.94 on 2 5 15. The orginal due date was 0n 1 28 15, I requested to change the due date several times. I called about this on 2 9 15 9am The man said it was a late charge of $5.00 it was due on 1 28 15. I told him I had changed the date several times to 2 5 15, and that it was suppose to be documented to that effect.. bottom line is that they charged me a $5.00 late fee with the changed due date documented 2 5 15The guy is suppose to put the $5.00 back in my checking acct.As of 2 9 15 I am out $5.00.Desired Settlement: I want the $5.00 back into my acct. also an apology and proof that the payment date is on 3 5 15 and the 5th each month there after in writing. Also they should give me $25.00 for me to have to go thru this making sure my payments are corrected and the amt corrected. I am doing there jo.
