VIP contract was signed at the time of sale by Mr*** and is not refundableNothing can be added to a customer's loan without their approval and signatureWe would never hold on to a customer's second key until they needed itThe second key should have been given to him when he purchased the
vehicle or picked up soon after the saleMr*** lost his key months after buying the car and the not having the second key should have been resolved well before this timeThe blown speaker should have been diagnosed and addressed by our service departmentIt's been over a year and 15,miles and there is nothing I can do about a blown speaker at this time.I will agree to refund Mr*** $for the key he purchased, $for the days of Sirius radio he never received and offer him $in goodwill for a total of $

I do apologize if you feel we have given you bad serviceOur goal is to provide a first class experience to each and every customer, every visitThe service loaner for VIP customers is only available for major maintenance visits and it clearly states that on the
website. Respectfully, *** ***

Revdex.com spoke with the business. The terms of the VIP membership state a loaner is provided for all major maintenance services. Major maintenance service include 30,000, 60,000, 90,000, and 120,000 mile services. The customer's repairs do not fall within those terms.

Revdex.com spoke to the general manager of the dealership, who provided the following response: Prior to the vehicle being re-sold, the dealership did put the vehicle through a thorough inspection found no issues. Additionally, they did provide a warranty with the vehicle. He also stated the customer...

was given $6,000 on his trade-in deal, which was more than fair for the vehicle, especially with 75,000 miles already on the vehicle. He also stated the customer saw the vehicle listed online for more than what it ended up selling for in the dealership. He stated that the trade-in deal was fair, and he was not willing to offer anything further for this trade-in deal that was already completed.

What is major maintenance?  An item that takes three full days to complete doesn't qualify?
Regards,[redacted]

Kevin M[redacted] called from the business. He stated the warranty was cancelled the middle of last week. The refund will be sent to [redacted] and not to the Mr. [redacted] directly.

The price we quoted Mr. [redacted] was for the vehicle only. All new and used vehicles are plus taxes, tags and $699 processing. Our website clearly states we charge a $699 processing fee. Kevin M[redacted]General Manager Sheehy Ford of Ashland11450 Washington HwyAshland Va. 23005

[redacted], I certainly understand [redacted] concern and I wish I had a solution. [redacted] is working closely with its suppliers to produce parts for this repair. When parts become available for Safety Recall [redacted], [redacted] will notify you via mail to schedule a...

service appointment with your dealer to have the passenger frontal airbag inflator replaced free of charge (parts and labor). Coverage is automatically transferred to subsequent owners.  This recall is being controlled by [redacted] due to it affecting all manufacturers of automobiles.   Vehicles identified  that were originally sold in or ever registered in certain geographic locations are being serviced based on temperature and humidity of that region.    Those at highest risk and driver air bags will be serviced first.  As this is the passenger air bag and the vehicle is still drivable.  The recommendation would be to not have someone in the passenger front seat until parts become available. I cannot provide you a loaner car. This is a widespread issue and includes many manufacturers, none of which to my knowledge, are providing loaner cars. [redacted]

Here is a copy of the form Ms. [redacted] signed the day of purchase. This form shows items she chose to add to her loan and items she declined. If there was an issue with not having [redacted] it should have been brought up at that time.   Kevin M[redacted]General...
