On December 5, we paid [redacted] dollars and change to have my sons truck shipped from Halifax to Grande Prairie We made it clear my son needed his truck for work and [redacted] assured us it would arrive in Grande Prairie within days Autorail are hard to reach, no tracking number My son contacted auto port in Edmonton on February and was told his truck had been sitting there for weeks Upon reaching Autorail, [redacted] told my son to contact a forwarding company to have his truck sent to Grand Prairie and call him back!!!! Today is February 8th and my son has no truck months and days later and has lost out on 10,dollars worth of work for not having his truck in Grande Prairie We are contacting the police and a lawyer tomorrow This is ridiculous [redacted]

My son contacted auto port in Edmonton on February 6 and was told his truck had been sitting there for 3 weeks. Upon reaching Autorail, [redacted] told my son to contact a forwarding company to have his truck sent to Grand Prairie and call him back!!!! Today is February 8th and my son has no truck 2 months and 3 days later and has lost out on 10,000 dollars worth of work for not having his truck in Grande Prairie. We are contacting the police and a lawyer tomorrow. This is ridiculous. [redacted].
Paid approximately $4,000 to have a Ford Maverick brought from California to Halifax, NS. Was told it would take about one week. Cost was basically doubled because it was a non-runner. It took over a year to receive the vehicle. I was promised that I would at least get a free tow from the depot to my home to make up for it having sat outside for a year, but upon its arrival, the business owner laughed saying that there's no way he would pay for a tow or use his flatbed to move it as it was currently full of slate tile for his home. Promises up front, followed by absolutely zero concern for customers after taking money. Avoid at all costs.
