Again, if I felt I did a disservice I would own it but I did everything to help this customer being days late to receive his vehicles with no back up plan and expected the drivers and myself to figure out what and where to put them The carrier [redacted] will agree with this statement that he was a difficult customer This will be my last response

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because her account of the situation is absolutely false. I can reach out to our phone company to get the cell phone records of how many times we called her. There is email correspondence that I have attached that documents when we agreed to have the car picked up and when we would meet the driver at the house. I'm sure we could reach out to the delivery company and our moving consultant to back up our story. Let me know what proof is needed and I will get it. Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: Kathy from Crib to Crib is confusing us with another frustrated and disappointed customer. She set up our delivery through [redacted]. The documents I submitted previously will show the contract and the email correspondence that supports our pickup/delivery dates. [redacted] from [redacted] and [redacted] from [redacted] can attest to our side of the story as well as Kathy's inability to take our calls. It is also clear that based on Kathy's response how little she cares to stand behind her company values.Sincerely,[redacted]

This complaint is completely false.  I only talked to him when the vehicles were picked up and I told him that it was going to take 7 to 10 days to arrive.  At 8:30 pm I received a call from the carrier saying the driving was wanting to deliver and the customer was being difficult and hung...

up the phone on him.  I tried to reach him and he wouldn't answer and his voice mail was full.  I finally got him to text me back, at that time he wrote that he running a week behind, I mentioned that they can not hold his vehicle for that long and we need to come up with somewhere to store it and he text back and said I paid you you figure it out.  I contacted the carrier and they found a storage facilitie and they gave me their banking information for him to pay them and past all the information over to this customer, he never did call me he would only text.  I did the best I could for this customer and wish he would have called me to let me know he was running 7 days late so maybe we all could have come up with a better plan, he did text me to say thank you for my help so this review is a bit of a surprise.
