Review: I rented a car from auto rental on friday July [redacted] 2013 a dodge caravan to return on Monday july [redacted] 2013 at 3-3:30pm. I paid $782.52 which $300.00 is a refundable deposit to be returned after 7 business days, providing that u didn't get a ticket or any damages to the car. The car was returned in the same conditions it was given. They refuse to refund the deposit because they charged me for a whole day extra. I returned the car after 8pm and I did exactly what they asked me to do which was to park in front and leave keys in mailbox. Also the rep. That wrote out my contact put I picked up car at 1:30. He admits to the wrong time but still no refund. Their policy says $12 per hour for lateness, but instead they charged me a whole day they said their business hours is from10-7pm. I had to bring the car back by then or I would be charged a whole day. I don't see this in their policy and they never told me that. He said someone was trying to rent the car so he had to cancel the rental so they lost money.
