Regarding Case # [redacted] Name: J [redacted] l, [redacted] made a deal with [redacted] owner of Street Design toservice J [redacted] 's Toyota Tacoma with ththe front and rear of the truck [redacted] dellvered tilbe installed when the truck arrived.Upon arrival of the parts, our mechanic learned thate new frontlift kit and shocks forhe shocks and the lift kit that were tothe parts were the Wrong parts forthe ToyotaAt that point, informed [redacted] *** of the wrong parts and he agreed to sendthe correct parts and informed Mr [redacted] of the wronother discrepancies related to this matter.g parts and to take care of anyNot having the correct parts, upon [redacted] request Auto Repair Express sent thetruck to an upholstery shop for furtherwork,Three to four days later, the truck was returned to us, and [redacted] had not yetdelivered the correct parts, on that same day, Mr [redacted] came to the shop (Auto RepairExpress,) and paid $1,for services performelater learned that [redacted] was to serve [redacted] *Email.and took his truck.arter with a receipt for the job viaWould like to solve this matter since was just a riddle 8.Please let me know ifican be any help.Respectfully, [redacted] 7/26/
