Auto Repair Lending

Went through this company from the auto repair place that I got my transmission fixedFirst off, interest rate is high! Second, they give the option to make payment arrangements however I just called to make a payment arrangement due to family emergencySo, I paid half of my payment for that month and called to make an arrangement for literally days awayThey couldn't do it, they told me the full balance had to be paid and there was no arrangement that could be madeNot to mention, there was a repo work order already processed and they couldn't do anything about thatNot once did they call me to notify/make payment arrangementsWould not recommend this place

The loan shark owner of this company feels he can threaten me by stating he will change the terms of my loan based soley on the fact he did not like that I said a curse wordThis crooked company reposessed my car due to a late payment without even attempting to work with me to resolve the issue and gave no warning that my car would be reposessedSTAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE SHARKS

We are a Transmission company that had referred a customer to this company. Once the car was completed and the Autorepair lending company came a picked up the vehicle and gave us a check for the amount of $1200.00 and we released the car to them they in turn stopped payment on the check. WE RECOMMEND THAT DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY TO PAY THEY WILL STEAL FROM YOUR COMPANY'S HARD WORKING EMPLOYEES

They couldn't do it, they told me the full balance had to be paid and there was no arrangement that could be made.. Not to mention, there was a repo work order already processed and they couldn't do anything about that. Not once did they call me to notify/make payment arrangements. Would not recommend this place.
