Mrs [redacted] called into Auto Repair Network on February 15, and agreed to purchase a vehicle service contract The total purchase price was $with a $down payment and monthly payments of $On June 30, 2016, Mrs [redacted] called in to our office and requested new paperwork, which includes the complete contract and ID card and was mailed to her home addressAfter receiving Mrs***’s Letter of Cancellation, Auto Repair Network had received a down payment of $and five (5) monthly installment payments at $for a total paid amount by Mrs [redacted] of $Mrs***’s prorated refund was calculated and processed per her vehicle service contract, which reads as the following and can be found on pages 12-13: “YOU MAY CANCEL THIS CONTRACT BY PROVIDING WRITTEN NOTICE OF YOUR INTENTION TO CANCEL, ADDRESSED TO EITHER THE SELLER OR US THE SELLER IS REQUIRED TO FACILITATE ANY REFUND DUE YOU IF YOU CONTACT EITHER THE SELLER OR US AND PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION WITHIN THE FIRST (30) THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE, YOU ARE ENTITLED TO A FULL REFUND IF YOU HAVE NOT FILED A CLAIM AGAINST THE CONTRACT IF YOU CONTACT THE SELLER OR US AND PROVIDE WRITTEN NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MORE THAN (30) THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE PURCHASE DATE, WE WILL KEEP A PRORATED AMOUNT OF THE CONTRACT PRICE BASED ON THE GREATER OF DAYS IN FORCE OR MILES DRIVEN COMPARED TO THE TOTAL TIME AND MILEAGE OF YOUR CONTRACT TERM, LESS CLAIMS PAID, PLUS A CANCELLATION FEE IF APPLICABLE ANY REFUND SHALL BE PAID TO THE FINANCE COMPANY ON YOUR BEHALF, AND THE REFUND MAY BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR BALANCE OWED.” Auto Repair Network strives for the highest customer satisfaction for every customer and with us being an inbound call center, we do not have capability to block any incoming calls We have been trying to reach Mrs [redacted] via telephone multiple times and left voicemails at the following numbers, [redacted] and [redacted] with no response If Mrs [redacted] would like any further explanation or a copy her prorated refund calculation, she can do so by contacting our Customer Service Department Monday – Friday, 8:AM – 5:PM CST, 1- [redacted] Thank you, Auto Repair Network

Auto Repair Network understands that Ms [redacted] had concerns with the Vehicle Service Contract she purchased on her Honda CR-V after speaking with her local Honda dealershipAuto Repair Network offers third party Vehicle Service Contracts that consumers may use at any dealership or ASE Certified Mechanic Shop NationwideIt is up to each dealership or mechanic shop to accept these programsAll the policies that Auto Repair Network offers pay repair shops directly by corporate credit card, which most dealerships or ASE Certified Mechanic Shops will accept On 1/3/2017, Ms [redacted] contacted our office to address this concern and was explained there are different places she could use her Vehicle Service Contract policyAt that time, we also adjusted Ms [redacted] ’s contract cost for the confusion, since she would not use the policy at her local Honda dealership On 1/5/2017, we contacted Ms [redacted] in regards to the complaint that she filed with the Revdex.com and explained the terms and conditions of the policyWe stopped the coverage that day per her request, and have issued a pro-rated refund to her based on the purchased Vehicle Service Contract The pro-rated refund was issued and mailed out to Ms [redacted] on 1/9/Auto Repair Network strives to have the highest customer satisfactionIf at any time, a customer feels that something is incorrect or needs our help locating a shop that will accept their plan, they can always contact our customer service department at [redacted] If Ms [redacted] has any additional questions or concerns, she may contact our office directly

Auto Repair Network sincerely apologizes for any inconvenience Ms*** encountered when trying to use her roadside assistance over the weekendWe have issued a refund to Ms [redacted] for her incurred out of pocket expensesAuto Repair Network also reached out to the under writer of her policy, Royal Administration Services to get the corrected roadside assistance number We have updated her contract and will be sending out paperwork to Ms [redacted] reflecting the new phone number to be used moving forward Ms [redacted] has personally spoken to our Customer Service Representative and stated she was pleased with our response If Ms [redacted] has any additional questions or concerns, she can contact our Customer Support Team at [redacted] Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM CST Thank you, Auto Repair Network

On 4/11/2016, [redacted] contacted our office regarding the steps that needed to be taken to get this account back reinstated since she never wanted this account to be cancelledOn 4/15/2016, we contacted [redacted] via telephone and apologized for any miscommunication that happened between her and the representativeWe were able to get her reinstated with no additional charges beside the monthly payments that where needed to bring her account currentHer contract went back active status as of 4/15/2016.Thank you, Auto Repair Network

I acquired a policy with Revdex.com a few months agoThe entirety of the policy was wonderful, but overall, I could not afford it due to some recent financial problemsI explained this to the customer service centerThe gentlemen I spoke with was DaveI understood that he was trying to get me to not cancel my policy, and he even lowered my monthly payments, but still wanted to cancelHe was so persistent after telling him I would like to cancel multiple times, that he started to irritate meI reiterated one more time, told him that I felt like I was being badgered and did not appreciate itI told him that if it would get him to stop badgering me, that "I would call back at the end of the month to think about it."
I called back in hopes of speaking with someone elseI spoke to someone else, asked to cancel and it was done without question
I will not recommend anyone for this service again without having a customer service check first

8AM-5PM CST Monday through Friday with our phones turning off daily from 12PM-1PM.   Mr. [redacted] did contact our office via telephone on Monday, June 5, 2017 and spoke with a member of our Customer Support Team.  Mr. [redacted] explained that he did receive another quote for a Vehicle Service Contract that has a lower monthly payment but a different coverage term. Our representative compared the two policies of each coverage plan. Mr. [redacted] also had some concerns with the Auto Repair Network Revdex.com review.  In response to his concerns, our representative explained that Auto Repair Network is a selling agent that manages customer service support but his policy administrator is Enterprise Financial Group who controls the processing of all claims.   Mr. [redacted] agreed to continue with this current policy at Auto Repair Network since he would be getting an additional 2 years of coverage and having a full understanding of the responsible policy administrator.   If Mr. [redacted] has any additional questions or concerns, he can always contact our Customer Support Team at [redacted] Monday through Friday 8AM-5PM CST.   Thank you, Auto Repair Network

Awful customer service. They should not be a business. I had to call to cancel and the guy I had to talk to literally yelled at me for about an hour.
