I am rejecting this response because:This is a typical answer I am getting from them each time. As I mentioned in my original complaint, they have to support their claim by sharing those pictures with me. I must emphesize again that their on-site employee checked the pictures in their computers, confirmed that they damaged my car and asked me to fill the damage complaint form. As they mentioned, my car has been towed by them twice and each time they damaged the front bumper and sides of my car. The pictures that I took in their parking yard [each time] clearly show these damages. This dispute can only be settled by sharing the pictures they took before towing my car. Thank you again for your kind help.

vehicles are not released until the following day. [redacted] If there is confusion of signs that will be investigated. But there is no fault of Auto Rescues, therefore Reimbursement will not be issued.

I am rejecting this response because:The explanation of what Auto Rescue is saying as to why my vehicle was being towed is not true. They are twisting the facts to suit their position. When I caught Auto Rescue in the process of hooking up my vehicle, the driver of the tow truck told me that there was a complaint made to his company from the property manager about my vehicle being parked in the spot. When I called the property manager to ask him about it, he confirmed that he did not make a complaint. He also said that Auto Rescue was lying. Also, when I was talking to Auto Rescue's driver, I advised him that I did have an authorized permit but that it had gone with my daughter in her vehicle when she was moving stuff out of the building to leave town.
