I am rejecting this response because: I took my vehicle in on different occasions all under thirty daysThis business is very unprofessional there work is very incompetentI ask that they fix my brakes which is a safety concern and aux port which they agreed to I understand that aux port is not a safety concernWhat they did do that is alarming to my concern and does need to be further investigated is they removed my stock stereo from my kia forte and installed a kia forte stereo which they had on there lotThey removed my stereo console which clearly had wear and tear to itWhen installed it did not soley stay on radio/cd/aux it glitched between the threeI went back to the lot that day and spoke to Jameel and showed him picture of what had been done he told me to take it back and they would put back in my stock stereoThe next day I arrived the service manager told me if I could take the car back another day I told him I didn't live in the area so than he was like okay he would do it that dayThey lied to me saying they had ordered brand new aux port to install in my vehicle which was not the truthI also informed they my brakes were making noise and had damage to them I told them I had it inspected by another mechanic well because they did not repair my brakes like they said I now have to replace rotors and breaks which roughly is a $repair I haven't even had the car daysThe owner said he would wave money off the remaining of my down payment if I kept the messed up stereo they tried to install in my car when he should have put my stock stereo back and still waived the money so I could replace breaks and rotors since they failed toThey also lack to provide information on the warranties that are provided on the car both manufacturer and extendedI also have pictures to justify their incompetent work

Hello Miriam, This is Joshua Riegelhuth with Auto ResourcesWe are responding to the complaint regarding [redacted] ***The client came in asking to change the dates of the payment due dateThis is not possible for us to do on our end once a deal is financed and funded it is out of our hands The client Lorena came in with her son who was verbally attacking all of our employees and threatening violence so at this time we shut down communications and asked them to leave the propertyThe client can contact their bank and the bank may change the due date for them how ever that is out of our controlThe client agreed to all terms of the deal signed full contract and paper work and leftBy the time they returned it was already fundedAs to the Gap insurance they are by law allowed to cancel it at any time at their convenience also with their bankAll paper work was explained and signed by the client and usWe hope this helps you make a decision and understand both sides to the situationOnce a client gets verbally abusive and threatens violence we can no longer do anything to help and ask the client to leave the premises for the safety of our employees and other clientsIf you have any further questions or concerns please feel free to contact me at the number below Auto Resources Joshua Riegelhuth Sales Manager ###-###-####

I am rejecting this response because:I did not commit no FRAUD!!! He willingly signed for the car, I paid down payment
personally in cash to Sergio then when things didnt work out between us, he then in turn took it out on me and contacted the dealershipThis was done out of spitefulness andthe dealership saw their opportunity to double their profit and had him steal my keys, my car, and all my personal property out of my house in which he is not allowed at per the California State Parole local officeAs a result they (dealership) paid him a finders fee to return vehicle and resale it and make double on the down payment because they are refusing to return my money I put down and the $cash missing from my purseThey are the ones committing FRAUD by ripping people off of their down payment and then resaleing the vehicleI have a signed notarized letter from my x boyfriend as well as numerous letters stating he was getting a car in his name for me They are responsible for my belongings as they were in possession of them, as well as damages that were done to my front yard grass and sprinkler from their tow truck who came onto my property to tow away my vehicle from my locked garage

This lady committed frad, she is lucky that we nor the person that she committed fraud against did not press any chargesHer x husband handed the keys over to us

I am rejecting this response because: I filed a complaint with BAR and our rep, [redacted], conducted an investigation on our truck. [redacted] found that all 4 of our catalytic converters are missing, the computer was reset and...

the air intake was modified. [redacted] spoke to Auto Resources and Auto Resources agreed to pay for half of the services and I am going to have to pay for the other half. I believe the dealership should pay 100% for the repairs since they sold us the truck illegally. If Auto Resources is only willing to pay half, it's better than nothing but I still think they should be responsible for all the repairs.

What they did do that is alarming to my concern and does need to be further investigated is they removed my stock stereo from my 2016 kia forte and installed a 2014 kia forte stereo which they had on there lot. They removed my stereo console which clearly had wear and tear to it. When installed it did not soley stay on radio/cd/aux it glitched between the three. I went back to the lot that day and spoke to Jameel and showed him picture of what had been done he told me to take it back and they would put back in my stock stereo.
