Review: I purchased a car from this business for my 16 year old son. I told him that I needed a reliable vehicle with lower mileage because my son would be driving himself and his sister to Tennessee to see their father several times a year and I needed something that was reliable. Several days later he contacted me and told me that he had a vehicle for me, and come down and look at it. It is a 2000 Saturn with 84,000 miles. I test drove the vehicle and checked the air and heat etc to make sure everything worked and we purchased the vehicle. I took out a small loan for the vehicle, so he not only provided me with the information on the vehicle, but also the loan company. The day after we picked the car up, I was driving it and realized the mileage had never changed from when we picked it up. Come to find out the odometer is broken. So what he stated as mileage on the vehicle is incorrect, who knows what mileage is actually on the vehicle, so I have no idea if it has 100,000 or 200,000 miles on it. I left numerous messages for [redacted], the owner of the business, and he refuses to return my calls. Last week we again had a issue, and left several messages, which he has again refused to return. The new issue is that we received a temporary registration for the vehicle. The registration will expire in 5 days, and we didn't get anything from the DMV yet, so I contacted the DMV and they have no record of this vehicle in their system at all! So in 5 days we won't be able to drive the vehicle because we have no way to register it. Apparently it was either filed incorrectly or not at all. We can't get ahold of him to try to fix the situation. Besides leaving messages, we have gone to the business more times than we can count to try to talk to him there, but he is never open.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement vehicle with the mileage that was originally stated to us, or a repair on this vehicle, with a reduction of price since the vehicle is not what we were told we were buying.
