AUTO SALE OF KAND ZSE Bristol St Suite 211Newport Beach, Ca92660951-261-4984Dear [redacted] ***Thank you for taking the time to communicated with us we are so sorry that our vehicles did not meet your needs.1- Our aim is the to provide to our customers the following :A- Fiduciary dutyB- Disclose all the facts.C- SatisfactionOn Exhibit A ( [redacted] report)It shows clearly that other damage was reported on first page also on page3/on [redacted] it shows all the details of the damage, so it was disclosed to you and you initialed and signed it, also told you too the vehicle been announce as a structural damage in auction "your words if it is clean title I am ok".On Exhibit BTustin Toyota also disclosed to you too that vehicle has other damage you signed the documents also told it was disclosed in Auction as structural damage and you were agree to it" you were agree with damage it is not big damage".On Exhibit C ( Cooling off Period) we have days contract cancellation policy but you did not return the vehicle.On Exhibit D (Buyers Guide) it said AS DEALER WARRANTY it was disclosed to you and no warranty from dealer and you signed the documentsOn 10/18/ [redacted] with his girlfriend did they following steps in my office:SoldThey were inspected the car They were Test drive the Toyota Prius clast of the win They were scheduled for inspection at Tustin Toyota Dealer and we all dropped the vehicle at Tustin location for inspectionsFrom Tustin Toyota Dealertake Uber to my office to complete the final steps of the documents and it was disclosed all the damage" You agree with damage" Went back to Tustin dealer for completion of inspection it was explain by technician the vehicle had been previous repair and painted on Lfender R Otr rear, so that was caused of the structural damage it shows on [redacted] report and Adesa auction documents report So it was disclosed not only from AUTO SALE OF KANDZ but also by Tustin dealer technician too.On Oct 18th sold used Toyota Prius C3Single ownerGood MillageClean Title We provided [redacted] clean [redacted] , at that time of purchased also it was mentioned other damage the time of purchase also it shows on [redacted] has other damage with details and disclosed to [redacted] check was given to the customer of the time of sale and disclosed to ***On [redacted] it shows 100% single owner so I did disclosed to [redacted] On Title it shows law millage from DMV so I did disclosed to [redacted] On exhibit El Purchased the vehicle on 10-02-so it show I did printed [redacted] on the same date NOT_beforeAdditional info:After few days [redacted] asked for title of vehicle and we provided [redacted] CLEAN TITLE on your word"it is clean title I am ok and I like the vehicle".In addition we provided personal documents from Adesa auctions, also on Adesa auction documents it shows all the details why it is structural damageAlso if you looked at exhibit A and B it shows other damage (structural damage) it mean car has other damage and has been explained to the customer and why it has been other damage/structural damage that been explained by inspection of Tustin dealer and AUTO SALE OF KAND Z, furthermore the vehicle meet California safety emissions standards, no information was reported on [redacted] Brand, and no information was reported on [redacted] Junk and Salvage, furthermore we will not refund full amounts for the vehicle because we did not conducted any type of misleading facts, So please accept our sincerest apology for any trouble or inconvenience that we caused you Again we highly appreciated your feedback as it will assist us in becoming better at what we doIt is our goal to retain satisfied all our customers and will hope to served you again in the future.Thank You

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
Thank you for the reply:Exhibit A: [redacted]: Yes an accident was reported on the [redacted] however I state again that nothing was shown to me on paper or verbally that there was Structural Damage on the car. The [redacted] that was shown and signed by me is lacking the structural damage report stated on the current [redacted]. Exhibit B: Yes It was inspected by Toyota and was told that the car had been in an accident however I was assured by dealer and Toyota that is was nothing big and again no Structural Damage was ever stated on any paper I had received from dealer or Toyota.Exhibit C: I understand the two day return policy however the structural damage was discovered after the two day period due to the fact that some insurance agencies were unwilling to insure a structurally damaged vehicle.  Exhibit D: I understand the AS IS-NO DEALER WARRANTY however Structural Damage was not disclosed which makes the contract null if all information was not disclosed at time of sale.Lastly, I want to state that the only paper I have seen with Structural Damage accurately stated was the Adesa report that was given to me after the vehicle was already sold and a paper I never signed and AFTER I requested personally. Had this been shown to me at time of sale I would not have purchased the vehicle and not at that price.Due to the fact that we are talking about the value of the vehicle vs. functionality I propose, instead of a full return and refund, I receive compensation for the reduced value of the car.Thank you for time and I will look forward to resolving this issue as soon a possible.
