This was response was received by Revdex.com via phone.The company said the consumer never called and spoke with the owner's son, the company said the owner is always at the shop, was never on vacation and always answers his phone.The company also said the consumer failed to have his vehicle towed to their shop so his transmission could be fixed free of charge (The company said the consumer was responsible for the towing of his vehicle and for getting his transmission part/s.)The company said there is doubt the consumer's transmission went bad, the company said all of the cars they sell are in running condition.The company said the consumer bought a $car and expects the car to run like new, the company said the consumer bought and car and that's what he got.The company said they tell all of their customers if their car falls apart into two halves when they leave the company's lot, then the consumer owns both halves of the car.The company said they told the consumer to have his car towed to their shop and to buy a transmission and they would have it installed for free, the company said they even found a used transmission for the consumer.The company said they refuse to reimburse the consumer for the repair of his transmission because they agreed to do it for free

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] , and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because: First of all they are lyingMy mother and I left the vehicle at their repair shop with Patrick We explain to Patrick all of our concerns concerning the repairs that was needed on the carAlso, the three warning lights that was on the dashboardA week later Patrick call my mother to come and pick up the carCherice Walker: I retrieved the car from Patrick sometime in mid August on a SaturdayWhen I started the car two of the warning lights came on- one was for the tire pressure two of the tires had low pressureThe other light I didn't know what it was forHowever, I immediately went back into Patrick's office to express my concernsBecause these were the same two lights out of three, that was on when my son and I dropped the car offPatrick came out to the car he looked at the lights and told me " [redacted] *** paid for an extended 't worry about light for the brakes I don't agree with there responseI paid for an extended warrantyHowever, GWC explained to me that 112Auto failed to process the paperwork within day of purchase of the carI have recordings with Nick saying to me that they made an mistake on the paperworkThe recordings will prove that they are lying to you and on me.The car require major repairs In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above Sincerely, [redacted]
