Yesterday I read the reviews on Yelp and decided to go here. I got my car washed and was very happy with the customer service. However, when I got home that night from work I noticed oil/tar stains in 4 different sections in my backseat. Of course, after hours of sitting on my leather seats, the oil had already sunk into the leather and is now there for good. My car is not even a year old yet and when I went to talk to the manager ?[redacted], who was very nice yesterday, he continuously gave excuse after excuse. He told me that it couldn't be proven it was them, why hadn't I taken a picture of my back seat before the car wash to prove it, and why didn't I thoroughly check my car when I got it- to which I told him I never thought to do that because I trusted they would take care of my car!! He further stated that his employee (which he later told me was [redacted] who just so happened to conveniently be off that day) would never do that and that they are trained by him on how to clean cars. After he gave these excuses I told him that I was not saying that it was purposely done but obviously as they were vacuuming my car, oil/tar was brushed on my seats in 4 different areas. As we kept going back and forth he proceeded to, more than 5 different times, tell me that I actually put the stains there and wanted to make him pay for it (which is insulting, and such an outrageous claim). He even stated that all of his towels and products are cleaned constantly (which is a lie because, during this argument, I noticed them cleaning a black Acura with a shammy that had black spots on it which was probably the same oil/tar in my car). I could go on and on with the others things he stated but, after over an hour of this, I told him that I at least wanted a refund if he wasn't going to pay to have my seats cleaned and he finally gave me my $16 dollars back. He never once apologized, was extremely rude, and kept blaming me for the stains. I will NEVER go here again and I recommend you stay away. Please check your car thoroughly if you go here because they obviously will not take responsibility if they do something after you leave the lot!!! And because I learned the hard way, they don't have insurance so if they damage your car then your out of luck because, as with my seats, they will not pay for any damages done.
