on October 4, I married my dream carI had been looking for a Dodge charger and found what I was looking for at Auto Selection of Charlotte Now as a women I am always cautions when purchasing a car or getting a car repaired because of the chances of being taken advantage of as being a womanHowever when I begin my journey with Auto Selection of Charlotte, those guards were quickly released as my new friend "JG" sat and listen to my desires, concerns, and my "absolutely not going to happens"There were no haggling, I knew I did not have the best credit in the world, and not a lot of money to put downBetween "xxxxx" and xxxxx(the owner) they worked with the bank and I got a deal I could affordAfter about two days later I get a call from my new buddy to inform me that he found an error with the bank and I needed to come in due to my payments would be cheaper, then I told my friend, "xxxxx" that I heard something with the car that I was not happy with, so noise under the hood Well Like the professionals they are, I took it back and they fixed it, so I though, however the noise was still there so I call back and xxxxx, and "xxxxx" (who came in on his day off) had me to bring it back and found the issuesWith no cost to me, they repaired my car and granted the best customer service I have ever had with a use car dealership I am so happy with my purchase and with my new found friendsI recommend anyone, especially women, to purchase a car from Auto Selection of Charlotte Thanks Guys!

Very happy with this dealership, ***, ***, and *** are very straight forward and a pleasure to do business with Purchased my 300c and discovered an issue with the car However, the problem was not something that could be caught without driving the car awhile Took the car back with my concerns and the master mechanic intensely looked it over on his own time until he found the issueThey are repairing it and in a timely manner It is truly rare to find a used car dealer that will stand behind their cars and go so far to make their customers satisfied They even took some more money off the car, payments, and term of the loan the next day while shopping for a better rate The most sincere appreciation is the referral of friends and family and I will recommend this dealership to everyone I know! My husband and I bought a Dodge Ram from Auto Selection recentlyThe experience was top notch to say the leastWe picked a Saturday to go truck shopping for my husband and went to places that dayThis was our last place that we were going to stop for the day, and if they didn't have anything we had the mind set to give up and go homeThe first four places we went were AWFULSo we were expecting the same treatment hereThey went above and beyond our expectations from the very beginningThe first thing I noticed was a bible verse on the wall, which is very rare for businesses to haveWe had our cranky one year old with us and he never seemed to bother them at allIn fact, they had a toy box full of toys and let him play the whole timeThey were nice from the time we walked in the door to the time they handed us the keysThey even answered all of my pestering questions and never got annoyedI did not feel like just another customer hereI will absolutely be back when I go car shopping for myself

I came in and with my poor credit ,they did everything in their power to get me in the car I wanted.I had three picks, but they got me into my number 1 pick.they took care of everything, very professional, always polite. I could not be happier with my choice to buy from Auto Selection of Charlotte. The staff was extremely helpful through the entire process of buying a car. Every time you walk in the door, the staff greets you by name. Any concerns I had before or after the purchase of my car was handled in a professional manner. I feel this company strives to make sure the customer is satisfied. I will definitely be purchasing another car from them.

Buying a car is usually an unpleasant experience for us! I recently had the pleasure of purchasing my car from Auto Selection Of Charlotte. After spending weeks dealing with sleazy and irresponsible car salesmen, I was hesitant to try out a small car dealership, as their reputation has sort of been grouped into the â??Buy-Here, Pay-Hereâ? category and is more or less, â??shadyâ? to be quite honest. I had done my fair share of xxxxx and online shopping, and this particular xxxxx I saw on xxxxx kept catching my eye. After checking out the Revdex.com and seeing that Auto Selection was accredited and had great reviews on xxxxx, I decided to give it a shot. I did an online application and within an hour, I received a phone call from a delightful young lady named xxxxx. She was courtious and polite on the phone and she is the reason I initially decided to visit the lot (thank you xxxxx!!!!)...
So within the hour I was on my way to do some car shopping. When I walked in the door to the small, cozy office filled with rolling office chairs and model cars on the walls, I was greeted and asked to have a seat and told someone would be right with me. Little did I know, that â??someoneâ? would be xxxxx, who is the sales manager at that location. I watched him finish up some business with a young couple and after they left he got up and introduced himself to me. From the time we shook hands, it was nothing but jokes and laughs, laced with straight-to-the-point car business. I could tell he wasnâ??t going to try to swindle me into buying something I wasnâ??t looking for and I was in good hands. I wasnâ??t planning on spending a solid 8 hours at the dealership, but thats what it took to get me the perfect car.
He asked me how I would describe my credit, and because I knew that within a matter of minutes everything was going to be on paper in front of us anyway, I was pretty blunt and told him that it was terrible. So we already knew we had a battle ahead of us.. Luckily I had brought all the necessary paperwork with me (ID, w-2â??s, down payment, proof of income + residence).. We spent the next few hours laughing and joking and trying to find a bank who would approve me for a loan. We test drove the xxxxx I initially had my eye on, however once I was approved for a loan the down payment was much larger than I could afford at the time.
xxxxx asked me if I was interested in trying another car, and after some back and forth friendly banter, checklist-checking and very gentle persuasion on his part, we were on our way to their sister-dealership to pick up another car to test drive.. I was still a little heartbroken about not getting the car I came for, but when we got there, he put me in a NICER, larger, sporty lilâ?? whip and I was pretty excited (even though I played it cool..) I ended up driving the 2010 xxxxx around the block a few times (joyriding as we called it) and when we pulled back onto the lot I was very hopeful that I would be able to finance it.
After a lot of paper pushing by xxxxx�) the finance manager (bless you for finding someone to take a chance on my credit!! And reassuring me how awesome my new car is, since you had one, too!) it was official, I was approved!!! I had to do some serious budgeting and money arranging as my downpayment ended up being a few hundred dollars more than I initially planned on, all while sitting behind xxxxx desk much like I myself was an employee.. (did I mention xxxxxx offered me his lunch? How sweet) ...and when my down payment was finally worked out, I ended up having to spend an hour working on getting my insurance..
Bless the employees of Auto Selection (especially xxxxx) for keeping my spirits up, my stress level down and my laughter loud during this experience.. By 6 oâ??clock that day I was getting ready to drive MY NEW CAR off the lot! If you have bad credit, they are willing to work with you and they are SO patient.. if you have good credit, youâ??ll be in and out of the door in an hour or two (I know for a fact, as I watched xxxxx sell someone a car within the time that I was waiting for mine to be detailed).. I canâ??t tell you how much I appreciated the entire staffâ??s perseverance and friendliness, and itâ??s not just because they wanted to make some money off of me, I could tell they genuinely hoped I got a nice, reliable car, at a reasonable price. I would suggest this place to anyone in a heartbeat, especially if you have stereotyped all car salesman as sleazy and pushy like I previously had. They are not your typical dealership! TOP NOTCH!
