Ismaray called to respond and stated: Dress was ordered brand newThe dresses are checked as soon as they are shown to customer before they go to fitting room.No spots were on the dress and we did not clean any dressThey wanted to back out of the order and all sales are finalIt says right on
the receipt all sales are final and no refunds or exchange and we showed her the receipt and the policyThe next day they called and said there were dirty spots on the dress and when they talked to me I confronted them and said there were no spots on the dressAll sales are final they will not be getting a refund
