This Appliance rental company was referred by my apartment leasing officeI have since told them to stop referring this garbage companyFirst, they came here and scratched the hell out of the floor in the utility room, then after filling up the washer with clothes and adding detergent, it didn't work, filled up about 1/of the tank with water and never turned onDestroying about of my shirts, from the non diluted detergent sitting on my shirts for hours with no movement or enough water to dilute itThey came to replace it, and this time the guy decides to wheel in the new washer on a dolly first, then place it directly in the MIDDLE of my new living room area rugNot the Side, not the edgeBUT Directly in the middle of my feet x feet rugI was happy for his sake that there was no damage done to my new rugOnce the old washer was removed and the replacement was installedOnce I used it, I noticed that my apartment started to smell like human fecesI went into my utility room, and odor was coming from the washing machine they just installedSo they were happy to replace my broken washer for once that worked, however smelled like feces when usedI went and bought a new washer and dryer from sears applianceA company like this should not be in businessI'm pretty sure this is some kind of scam they are running by over selling their inventory to get money and installing damaged / ruined washer and dryer appliancesI of course got a refund, but that is only a fraction of the total cost of my destroyed clothesSo for this experience I've lost shirts, almost had my $area rug destroyed, and my utility room floors scratched, which I can expect to be charged for by my apartments when I move outDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Claim number *** It should state I went into The auto shop on 11/16/because my car was leaking anti freeze really badUpon arrival I has some problems with my transmission shifting kind of hard (like a clonking sound.) My dad was helping pay for all repairs to my car***
called my dad to tell him that my car needed a new water pump and that he recommended to get a transmission flush done because the fluid was black, I went to go pick up my car on the 17th and on my way home my car started acting up really badlyI was driving down *** (in between *** *** ***) when my car quit shifting and would not driveMy check engine light came on and my car told me "shift denied" I pulled into *** *** *** *** on *** and *** where when I parked and my car would NOT go into reverseOne of the owners from *** *** (**) came out to see what was wrong because I had my hood upI told him what had happened, he went in and grabbed the computer reader and it came up with a whole bunch of transmission codes and it was determined that my car had no transmission fluid in the carWhen they did the transmission flush they apparently forgot the transmission fluidMy car broke down within minutes of driving it off the lot there at the auto shopMy dad called them the next morning telling *** what had happened and *** was very rude and confrontational to my father and all my dad was trying to explain to *** was I didn't even make it home in my car*** told my dad he would go pick up the carIt was several hours later when *** called me asking me what happened to my car and told me he would pick it up the next dayThis made my dad very upset as he has just spent to fix a car that was completely ruinedMy dad then made the decision since to have *** *** fix my car since ** took the time with my that night to figure out what was wrong with my car*** *** is willing to show paperwork of proof that my car had no transmission fluid and all the codes that came up due to my transmissionMy transmission and love costed
