The information this customer is saying is not accurate these people purchased a vehicle in a long time ago they had a problem with the alternator and we help them out and replaced it with a brand-new one and we haven't heard from themThen they went to the dodge dealer did whatever they had to do which I'm not sure and we were willing to trade them out into another vehicle.! But the only problem was that she wanted the same payment in the same price and customers trade in a vehicle that's not how it worksBut hey I guess she came to complain a year later
