AUTO SHOW Sales & Finance

We purchased a truck out of this business and when we took it in for an out-of-province(required to register in AB) we found out the engine light did not workWe took the truck to a diesel shop as per Joe at Auto Show's request/permission and found out the light had been taped over, the DPF was severely plugged (so bad it failed the turbo and was pushing exhaust out)There were other issues noted as well but this was the main concernHe is pushing to delete the unit and take to a "cheap" repair shop now but we have purchased extended 3rd party warranty and we won't be able to use this if we delete the emissions from the truckWe had other issues along the way (fuel filter severely plugged, headlight not working, air filter over plugged) but took care of these ourselves even after advising we wanted services done on the unit - if they would of advised it required these we would of had them done Product_Or_Service: Dodge

Absolutely love these guys at AUTO SHOW So far ahead of any other experience I have had with other car purchases Will do all my car shopping there in future!

I found a truck on autotrader.ca and contacted the dealer via textThey responded quickly and answered all of my questionsThroughout the process I didn't ever feel like I was being "sold" on the truckThere was no pressure or sales pitches, and they worked with me openly and honestly to work out the detailsSadly, I didn't end up buying the truck (through no fault of the dealer) and will DEFINITELY be contacting them in the near future

Amazing service! Reception was very kind, Staff was great, never pushed me into buying something I wasn't sure about. JP was awesome, as I was very picky they were very kind and patient. JP and I sat down for a while and we ended up finding a perfect vehicle for myself. Would HIGHLY recommend this Dealer to anyone looking to buy a great quality vehicle!!
