I purchase a Jeep Liberty from this company on Monday Sept 09. I was going off an advertisement $795 down with good credit, bad credit or no credit on the bus stop at Annapolis rd and Riverdale rd. After they ran my credit they told me the bank require $1500 down, I told them I only have $800, they([redacted] and [redacted]) told me to put the $800 down and bring the balance of $700 on the following Monday. They rush me and my cousin to sign these paper without even allowed us proper time to read and understand what we're signing. After we sign I ask for a copy of they psper work they gave us 1 sheet that consist the information of the bank only.. I figure they had to submit the paper work to the bank and I will get all the other papers when I pick the tags up.. They call me in the office before I leave and say, by the way , when the bank call to confirm tell them you put $2500 down.. The thought of telling the bank lies didn't sit well with me.. They ask me several time how much did I put down and I reply $800 they said no $2500 and told me never to say $800 again. They told me to bring the car back on Tuesday Sept 10 by 9:00am which I dropped out at 6:00am before I went to work.. On Tuesday Night I pick the truck up from the street side, by then they was already close but they left the key in the spear tire.. I notice the key less entree didn't work.. I call [redacted] on Wednesday and told him the key don't work he told me he know and he told me, I reply no you didn't we didn't talk about a key.. We went back and forth saying he told me and I'm saying you didn't.. He then said the key is not covered under warranty. I told him I'm not paying $20,000 for a truck with a blue book value of $6000 without a proper working key.. I thought I had 3 days period where if I don't want the deal I can cancel, [redacted] assure me no there is no such deal, from the day I sign the papers its a done deal.. I was like OK and hang up my phone.. On Thursday I receive a call from [redacted] asking me to come in and sign a paper that I didn't sign.. I told him I will try to get there before they close at 7pm because I was leaving out of town on Friday.. I got off work at 9pm so I was not able to go in to sign the paper.. He then call on Friday and leave a message stating that If I cannot come in today(Friday Sept 13th) He was gonna send a repo man for the truck.. By then I didn't understand why, I return his call but he wasn't there.. I spoke to one of his associate that told me I have to get the car to them by 5pm before the bank close.. This was a short notice for me because I told him I was at work. They didn't allow me time to go in so they send the sales person for the car and took 90% of my deposit fee. They return $100 of my $800 and still didn't give me any paper work of the whole deal. I ask for the paper work but was told I cannot get it.. This company is a fraud.Desired Settlement: I desire $700 plus all the fee I pay for taxi and miscellaneous fee..

Review: I PUCHAUSE A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP ABOUT COUPLE OF MONTHS AGO, I WAS PAYING ALMOST 4OO DALLORS OR MONTH FOR A 2000 CHRYLER 300 I TRADE MY CAR IN FOR THAT, MY CAR WAS A 2003 SATURN VIEW. WHEN THEY SOLD THE CAR, THEY KNEW THE CAR WAS NOT GOOD, IT WAS MY FIRST TIME SO I KNEW NOTHING, THEY NEVER GIVE ME A GRAB INSURANCE AND DISCUSS IT WITH ME EITHER. THE FIRST DAY I TOOK THE 4 DAY LATER IT BROKE DOWM ON THE BELTWAY. I CALL THEM,THEY TOOK IT TO A BACKYARD INDIVIDUAL. I WAS OUT OF CAR FOR SOME DAYS. THEY GIVE ME A CAR TO USED IN THE MAIN TIME WITH NO AC IN IT, I HAVE 2 LITTLE GIRL AND ONE OF A LITTLE BABY. I ASKED THEM FOR SOMETHING ELSE THEY SAY NO. I DID NOT GET MY CAR UNTIL AFTER 3-4 WEEK, I KEPT CALLING THEM BECAUSE I WANTED THEM ADDRESS TO WHERE MY CAR WAS.WHEN I GOT IT BACK IT WAS THE BEGINNING OF TROUBLE IN MY LIFE I KEPT SPENDING MONEY BUT NOT USING THE CAR. I TOOK TO A BIGGER SHOP, THEY TOLD ME THAT THE CAR WAS NOT GOOD THE ENGINE IN WAS NOT EVEN GOOD SO EVEN IF I FIX IT IT WILL STILL BREAK. I KEPT TALKING TO THEM BUT NOT GETTING A GOOD RESPOND. THEY TREATED WRONG. I WAS PLANING TO TAKE THE CAR BACK AND STOP TALKING THE BUS BECAUSE I WAS OUT OF MONEY.FEW WEEK LATER I GOT IN AN ACCENT SOMEONE HIT ME REAL BACK. ALL TO KNOW THAT SOUCE AUTO DEALERSHIP HAD NO GRAB INSURANCE ON MY CAR. AND NOW THE FINANCE COMPANY IS AFTER ME FOR 3000 PLUS FOR THAT GRAB INSURANCE, IT IS ON MY CREDIT AND MY CO SIGNER CREDIT. HE TALK TO THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE NOT LISTENING TO HIM. HE IS ALSO AFTER TO GO AFTER BECAUSE OF HIS CREDIT. I HAD A ACCIDENT AND I LOST EVERYTHING IN MY CAR I CAN SHOW YOU SOME OF THE PIC BECAUSE I TRY NOT TO REMEMBER WHAT, GOD SAVE ME FROM THAT ACCIDENT.Desired Settlement: I NEED THAT 3500 PLUS TO BACK PAY FOR MY GRAB INSURANCE AND THE AMOUT OF TIME I WAS OUT OF CAR. OUT OF 3 MONTH OF HAVING THAT CAR I USED 2 MONTHS OF IT AND ALSO THE SUFER FOR ME AND MY KIDS. THE SETTLEMENT DESIRED IS 5500.00I WANT TO THANK YOU GUYS, PLEASE HELP ME. Review: I purchased a car from this company and they charged me $10K for a car that is only worth $4500. I don't think it is legal for a dealership to price their cars for double the worth in an area where people may not be able to effectively research car prices. I was robbed!Desired Settlement: I would like the car transaction to be redone with a fair price for the car.

Review: I recieved alot of verbal promises that were broken. This resulting in alot of missed work from my job.

When purchasing the car in September I was told that I had a 30 day warranty with the dealership and anything I found wrong with the car would be fixed. I continued to get this promise until they recieved their funds from finance company. Before settling the deal the finance company asked me what was wrong with car and once the dealer found out that I told them they called me very upset and unprofessional. At that point they set a date with me and the rep from finance on when the car will be fixed. I dropped the car off, told the finance company, they paid the dealer, and the car is STILL not fixed. I was faced with a near DEADLY collision with my children this past weekend due to the failing transmission. The car has been taken to their mechanic twice now... and still the same thing. Now 60 days have passed and they have yet to give me my permanent tags to the car. Stating that I have this $800 balance but my contract clearly states that the taxes, title, and registration was all included in my finance amout and has been paid to the dealer. When you call, they screen my calls and tell me that the manager isnt in. But I live 2 minutes away and his car will be parked right outside. The car is now back in the shop and with DEAD tags. I havr missed a total of 10 days of work dealing with this car!!Desired Settlement: I am requesting either a refund to the finance company and myself or to have the car repaired and SAFE for my children to ride in. I am not looking for any type of cash for this issue... just want my moneys worth.

Review: They sold me a lemon car that had preexisting problems that they covered up and ran my credit through numerous banks as well as changed my annual salary income higher without my knowledge and raised the price on the car for approval at [redacted] the car has $2,267 of repairs that needs to be done and them or the financial company is not trying to do anything about it I only had the car since October 17,2013 and all of sudden the check engine light came on. Which leads me to believe that they never did a legitimate inspection in the car because everything that is wrong with it would have never passed inspection.Desired Settlement: I want them to pay for the repairs needed and have the work performed at the dealership not by there mechanics.
