Review: I went in to get a smog check and my vehicle failed. I had no problem with the fact that my vehicle failed, but the reason I was given was that my "check engine" light was on. The vehicle passed all of the emissions tests. Auto Shops, even businesses like the one stated, that only do smog checks are supposed to let you know before they hook up their equipment that your vehicle will automatically fail if your "check engine" light was on. If I had been informed by the business like I was required to be by law, I would have made the necessary repairs prior to going in for the smog check.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for this transaction.
