Review: my complaint is that I took my car a 2000 Mercury Cougar to this shop and they charged me over $4000.00 to fix my car. they replaced my starter pump but didnt change the flywheel so now my car starts up when it wants to. The mechanic that worked on my car knew the flywheel was old, damaged and needed to be replaced but didnt say anything to me about it. He just put the starter in and that was it. They changed the steering wheel pump but didnt put the correct top on it to keep the fluid in place. My radio buttons were underneath my driver side seat and there was no need to touch the radio because all of the work undearneath the hood of the car. They replaced my transmission which helped the gear shift. This is the only thing that works. I told the mechanic from the beginning that the tempature sensor was an issue, but he never replaced just told me to buy another car. The problem with my car is that it is a FORD. I am paying customer and shouldnt have to hear just get another car. There was no regard for my feelings or the money that was spent. my car still doesnt not run properly after all the money and time spent into trying to get my car fixed.Desired Settlement: I want compensation for my time and money spent. The car is still not completely fixed. My car shouldnt start up when it want to depending how you turn the key and the flywheel of the starter catch so that it starts. I would like at least half of my money back for this botched up job of repairs that this business took from me. I am very dissatified,disgruntled,feel like I was taken advantage of because I am a female and also because they didnt want to do the job.
