You have video right? Again up to this point I have been polite the only thing I require is an apology and a replacement (I never did require my money back since my interest was the product). I should of made a police report but I had to go to work.Maam I'll apologize again but understand that no one gives free money and if that is the case please direct me to the place and location..have a blessed day and I hope we can resolve this issue asap instead of going thru this discussion over and over again. Believe me if this were entirely my fault I dont think anyone in their right mind would be following this conversation
