I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below This resolution is unacceptable, first off the radio doesn't work because there is no power (you hooked it up and should be covered under the warranty) the age of the vehicle has no bearing, the power source was either overloaded or damaged during the installation because the clock started acting funny right after the install, I thought it was just part of the old system and therefor not working after removal of the original equipment The power source going is just a cop out I have a one year warranty on parts and labor/installation, this problem happened within that period and should be covered under the warrantyIf you worked on the radio and the heater went or the horn stopped working that's one thing, but you worked on the radio and now that does work due to the installation and my clock which now I find out is also part of that connection may have overloaded the circuitSo you responsible to repair because whatever happened happened within the warranty and part of the install process Instead of you providing good customer service, you make me wait two hours only to expect me to pay for the time it took you to diagnose the problemRegards, [redacted] ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
This resolution is unacceptable, first off the radio doesn't work because there is no power (you hooked it up and should be covered under the warranty) the age of the vehicle has no bearing, the power source was either overloaded or damaged during the installation because the clock started acting funny right after the install, I thought it was just part of the old system and therefor not working after removal of the original equipment.  The power source going is just a cop out.  I have a one year warranty on parts and labor/installation, this problem happened within that period and should be covered under the warranty. If you worked on the radio and the heater went or the horn stopped working that's one thing, but you worked on the radio and now that does work due to the installation and my clock which now I find out is also part of that connection may have overloaded the circuit. So you responsible to repair because whatever happened happened within the warranty and part of the install process.  Instead of you providing good customer service, you make me wait two hours only to expect me to pay for the time it took you to diagnose the problem. [redacted].  Six months later, Mr. [redacted] returned to our location because his radio was not working.  Between his installation in early June 2015 until late January 2016, Mr [redacted] did not contact us with any problems with his radio.  When he did return, his radio was not working.  Upon a thorough diagnostic review we determined that there was no problem found with the radio or the installation.  We did however discover that his vehicle was no longer providing power to the radio.  We suggested that a way to fix this problem would be to visit a service center to fix the vehicle's radio "power source" or we could power the radio from an alternative source for a minimum labor rate of $45.   If you require further explanation, please contact me at ###-###-####.  We strive for positive customer experiences whenever someone walks through our doors.  While unfortunate that Mr. [redacted] had this problem, we appreciate that you brought this to our attention so that we could adequately explain the situation. Best wishes,
