My name is [redacted] address [redacted] street [redacted] TN 38103 filing complaint with Revdex.com [redacted] regarding Auto Radio/Auto Sound address[redacted] road [redacted] TN 38113 phone 758-[redacted]8. On Saturday, June 28th 2014 I arrived at store for scheduled appointment for car tint service. Upon arrival, I spoke with salesperson regarding appointment and was told tint technician was not available, at this point salesperson contacted technician by phone and asked if he was available to provide service for scheduled appointment. Technician advised salesperson he would be able to complete service if I was able to drive to different location. After having already paid for service, I agreed to meet technician at different location. Once I arrived at location I found location closed and called technician to notify him on my arrival. After waiting and calling salesperson several times regarding technician not available, I asked salesperson to cancel service and left location. I am asking for Auto Radio to resolve issue by refunding amount of $125. The company states that per the invoice services are non refundable. The company states that the offer still stands if the consumer would like the company to come to work, home, meeting location, etc., they will render the services.
