This place is extremely unprofessional. They have some variety but it isn't worth the time or hassle. Sitting with a salesman and you will be interrupted at least 3 or 4 times. They would rather lose a customer than negotiate with them. Truly bad business on their part.

3yrs ago I bought a 2005 Taurus had it checked by my mechanic and he gave me some things that should be repaired and the cost when I went back to autosource they offered to do the repairs before I bought it they were done and the car has been great I did have a problem about 3months after I bought it I did not get any extended warranties when I called I told them I understand they don't have to look at but to my surprise they told me where to take it and said it would be fixed no charge. for these reasons I am soon returning to purchase a vehicle from them because in looking for another vehicle you really would have to look before you find price and quality , customer service like this However I do know everybody can have a bad experience I have been satisfied and refferd other people here

I had a very good experience w this dealer. They made all requested repairs upon inspection prior to our purchase of the vehicle (near luxury mid size sedan). This included leaky struts, and alignment. They were even willing to have their mechanic look at faulty cigarette lighter nearly 90 days after purchase. Price was attractive relative to other dealers in the area for same make/model/year/miles and correspondingly negotiation on price was not really an option. Showroom and salesmen were very busy and a bit of a challenge to engage at times. Overall very equitable, respectful, and willing to stand behind their sale.

Review: Purchased car in May, 2013 from Auto Source. I replaced starter in July, 2013 at a cost of $813. In October, 2013, I replaced rear wheel bearing at a cost of $290. After 10,000 miles, Auto Source mechanic states defective tires need to be replaced at a cost of $1,000. In addition at the time of sale, Auto Source agreed to replace the drivers side cup holder, paint the drivers side door, and repair the passenger side upholstery. None of these items were completed.Desired Settlement: At this time, I am requesting that Auto Source reimbursement $813 for starter repair that was under warranty. Additionally, I am requesting that Auto Source replace the defective tires on the vehicle. Finally, I am requesting that Auto Source replace the cup holder, paint the drivers side door, and repair the passenger side upholstery.

[redacted] purchased a "USED" BMW from our dealership on 05/16/2013. We included a 3 month or 3000 mile limited warranty at no additional cost to the customer. Mr. [redacted] did not notify us of any issues until 10/22/2013. At this time, the customer had placed in excess of 11k miles on the vehicle and was having issues with tire wear. Although the customer placed over 11k miles on the vehicle and has surpassed the warranty time and mileage limit, we did offer goodwill assistance. The customer was quoted $1000 for new replacement tires. We offered to assist in the cost of new tires that we found. We quoted the customer $600 installed for a new set we found or used tires with 90% tread remaining for a cost of $400 installed. Considering this is a used car and we have no way of knowing that this tire issue would have arised after 11k miles, we feel this was very reasonable.

Please note that the starter issue and the tire issue were not present at the time of purchase. We would never sell a vehicle knowing there were problems present. This customer has purchased several vehicles from our dealership and I believe he is aware that we do operate the right way and that we make every effort to keep our customers satisfied. Knowing this, it is very disappointing that he chose this route. We do include a warranty and every vehicle is inspected from our "mutual" mechanic. I called [redacted] to find out what the tire issue was and the mechanic explained that the tires were wearing unevenly. He explained that this was not due to any issue with the vehicle however, there may be an issue with tire itself. This would be something we could contact the tire manufacturer about but again, we would have no way of knowing something like this would have occured after 11k miles. Had the customer contacted us about the starter issue and offered us a chance to assist two months after the purchase, we could have addressed this situation. Again, this was an issue that came up long after the purchase of the used vehilce.

I reviewed the purchase contract and I noted that there were no items listed as promised repairs. I spoke with my sales staff and they did inform me that the cup holder was replaced and that touch up paint was ordered for the vehicle. The customer never came back to pick up the touch up paint. Please note, we will gladly replace the cupholder for the customer again, provide a bottle of touch up paint and shcedule a time for the seat bolster repair. This will be done at no cost to the customer. Other than these items, we consider this compaint completed. This was a used vehicle, the included warranty has expired we have offered a fair resolution to the customer. This was all done despite this customer verbally mistreating our staff 5 months and 11k miles after the sale of the vehicle.

I purchased a 2005 Volvo XC90 from Auto Source last summer, and usually don't write reviews right away.
I can say that Auto Source did an excellent job, made the buying process simple, and had great customer service. They delivered the vehicle very clean as well.
When I bought it, there was a part missing on the roof rack (small plastic panel). I had not requested they replace it (after all, it's a used vehicle and the price was very reasonable). Several weeks later, I was pleased to find they had sent me the replacement in the mail without me even asking for it!!
I have since only had some minor issues (radio screen and intermittent gas gauge). I would not "ding" Auto Source for this though since both are well-known problems with this vehicle year/model, they occurred well after I purchased the vehicle, and the vehicle has over 115K miles.
Great job Auto Source - I will definitely be looking to these guys when I search for my next car.
