Review: I brought my car to Auto Spa for an oil change on Saturday Nov. 22 2014. The oil plug on the pan was put back on incorrectly and the car was leaking oil; this was noticed in the evening once Auto Spa was closed. The next day, I went to Auto Spa, and they appeared to be closed; all of the garage doors were closed and again they, they appeared to be closed. I went to another location other than Auto Spa to get this issued fixed, and I was told that the only issue was that this plug was put in incorrectly. I could not wait for Auto Spa to be open because we were leaving the evening of the 23rd to go out of town for Thanksgiving. Due to this I was charged for a second oil change. When I went to Auto Spa with my complaint, the Manager was automatically on the defense and told me that the owner was going to have to get in touch with me. I gave my information, but no one ever got in touch with me. My wife called Auto Spa to see the status and she was called a lier by the manager, and he was very rude. My wife tried to be polite, but after being called a lier several time the conversation got out of hand and my wife felt very dis-respected by the so called Manager. We decided that the conversation/argument was getting no where so now we are here making a complaint to hopefully get this resolved.Witch how poor the customer service was, I can not imagine that this is the first time this has happened.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back for the oil change at minimum. An apology to my wife and myself from the manager for the way he spoke to her would be nice also.
