In April/16, I purchased a telehandler from this companyThe machine was sold as site readyWhen I received the machine, it was very obvious the machine was misrepresentedI have spent $25k to get the machine site readyI forwarded all work orders to the partner, & was told I was trying to scam him & to get a lawyerI would go so far as to say the pictures on line were even altered to make the machine look in better condition than it wasThis firm is totally untrustworthy

We purchased a telehandler from them last August, along with a platform and service kits In following up with this purchase they were very unresponsive as to when the machine was going to ship, and after a few months, it was finally sent out We were told that the service kits had been sent as well, however, much to our surprise after numerous emails over the course of months, we were finally told that they had only recently been sent The issue is not that they misinformed us, but rather that they were very ignorant about it Particularly a fellow named ***, who I spoke with because his partner *** (?) wasn't available to return my callHe was rude, abrupt and accusatory on the phone, which was totally uncalled for I would hope that anyone thinking of doing business with them should be very cautious, they haven't demonstrated very good customer service and we certainly won't be doing any further business with them for our next equipment purchase As they say, Buyer Beware
