I was going to buy a used van my buddy said fired from a dealership that way you know you're getting a good than they do a big inspection before they sell it well I went to Auto speed they took me for a test drive and in the test drive I was with a friend of mine and I was asking the salesman what is wrong with the transmission it seems weird he said have you ever driven a diesel I said no he said that's how diesels are there weird when you drive them I said okay that night the transmission blew up that night I also text him that the heater didn't work the running lights didn't work none of the interior lights worked the light above the license plate on the exterior didn't work these are things you have to have working just to legally drive they sold me a vehicle that wasn't even legal to take off the property it was light out when I left so I didn't realize it long story short he lied to me which I think is fraud right in front of my friend the heater never worked which means there's a cracked head gasket which a mechanic told me I have written proof they there was a big rattling and I said what's that rattling and they said all the catalytic converter just needs to be tightened when I went and found out about the head gasket they said that the cracked catalytic converter with cracked in half to so pretty much they sold me a $*** paper weight and I just don't know what to do he lied to me the sales guy I mean in front of my friend to make me purchase the vehicle he also said that they didn't get a chance to do the inspection on the vehicle because I was rushing them which is not the case but then the owner said that they did do the complete inspection and I have that also in text messaging so he was lying the whole way just to make me buy this broken down vehicle now they told me sorry you're *** there's nothing I could do for you please call me and I could clarify all this a lot better. I spent already over $*** on this vehicle which can be proven I just and so broken-hearted

Refund I would like for them just to give me back my $*** plus the $300 that I had to tow it back to their establishment the next day after the transmission blue plus the $500 that I've already gave them towards the transmission and to void the contract saying that I will give them another $*** to fix the transmission

We have sold the vehicle in good working condition. Customer purchased the vehicle in AS IS condition with no extended warranty. The dealership offered to help him with repairs that were needed on the vehicle and gave him time to pay it. We as a dealership cannot offer anything more to the customer. Unfortunately we have exhausted all our efforts with this customer. He declined a contracted cancellation option which would allow him to return the vehicle within 2 days of the purchase at a total cost of 750.00 but he declined this. We also have a 3 day exchange policy from date of purchase which has also passed. The customer is looking to return the vehicle for a full return, unfortunately we cannot honor that and nothing more we can do.

He is being deceitful like he did with me bought the vehicle
