The customer stated to two members of our staff including myself, that he has worked on his radio which requires the dash in question to be removed a "dozen" times. He told us this before and after the install of the aux input. This is relevant...

becuase on a vehilce like his, it is normal for the plastic dash bezel to warp out of shape over time and after being removed and installed "a dozen" times by Mr. [redacted].
We stand behind our work and we are confident in our techs when they have stated that the dash is in the same condition as it was prior to install. We will not replace an entire dashboard on a 12 year old vehicle due to a customers misconception of what happened. We would love to check out his vehicle again at no charge to see if there is any other remedy that can satisfy him.
Mr. [redacted] also told me, [redacted] that he has had an issue with other stereo shops working on his vehicle and not doing a satisfactory job. It may just be that it is a pattern or habit of his to make these claims to gain something for free at other peoples expense. We will not be victim to this type of behavior.

I told [redacted] that I had a previous car of mine 8n his shop years prior and was unsatisfied with the work provided. He stated that in the past they had problems with employees quality of work but now it was different. As for removing my dash dozens of times, I'm not sure where those lies came from. It is entirely a story fabricated by a company who does not want to take any responsibility for its poor workmanship.
